2010 - Come upstairs to chill out

This year at World Vegan Day we are providing a space to nourish your soul. Upstairs at the healing space we'll be joining together to talk about going within to explore and heal. There'll be group visualisations for peace and liberation, sound yoga to gently balance your energies and even an animal communicator sharing about talking to animals!

Come along in the mid afternoon for a free relaxing indian head massage from the lovely Kalari Healing team or just come up and enjoy the peace. Throughout the day we will be creating a crystal manadala so come and pick a crystal, vibe it up with your good wishes for animals and place it with the others where they will resonate these heartfelt intentions out to the cosmos.

10.30-11.00
Opening of the healing space: A free flowing visualization of a world where animals are treated with love and respect.
